TİKA Will Reconstruct Ataturk's Hospital

Afghan Minister of Higher Education, HE Prof. Dr. Obaidullah Obaid visited TİKA for conducting negotiations about the TİKA’s projects which are carried out in Afghanistan. Turkey will reconstruct Kamil Rıfkı Urga Sanatorium. It is the first hospital which was built with the directives of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in 1926.

For holding official talks, The Afghan Minister of Higher Education, HE Prof. Dr. Obaidullah Obaid and accompanying delegation visited TİKA. Afghan committee was hosted by İ. Barbaros Akçakaya, Head of East and South Asia, Pacific and Latin America Department. The committee was informed about TİKA’s works and projects which have been carried out in Afghanistan.

In this meeting, Technical Cooperation and Capacity Enhancement Program were emphasized. And in this meeting, Minister HE Obaid expressed his appreciation and his thanks to TİKA.
