Computer Class To Uzbekistan

With the cooperation of Uzbekistan Ministry of Education and Social Initiatives Support Fund (SISF), Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency established a computer class in Qarshi City, Uzbekistan.

Within the scope of the project, “Inclusive Education in Uzbekistan” is aimed at reintegration of the children with disabilities and providing education for them in the same physical environment with healthy children.

In order to contribute to Inclusive Education, the school called “10 Number School” in Qashqa-Darya Province of Qarshi City was reconditioned by TİKA and also its technical equipment was provided by TİKA. In this school, 451 students receive education and twenty of them are children with disabilities.

Huri Kalbaeva, Branch Chairperson in the Ministry of Education of Republic of Uzbekistan made the opening speech. “The Project ““Inclusive Education in Uzbekistan” is of great importance for children with disabilities” he noted. Mr. Kalbaeva expressed his sincere thanks to TİKA and other institutions which support them.

School master Elvira Hasanova also expressed her thanks to all institutions which contributed to them.
