TİKA Distributes Food Parcels in North Macedonia

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) provided food parcels to 5,000 families in the eastern parts of North Macedonia.

TİKA provided food parcels to Turkish families living in Štip, Kočani, Radoviš, Strumica, Valandovo, Dojran, Gevgelija, Demir Kapija, Negotino, Veles, Maleshevo, Sveti Nikole, Karbinci, and Kratovo in eastern North Macedonia.

It is aimed to support 20,000 Turkic people through the project, which was implemented in cooperation with the Union of Macedonian Turkish Non-Governmental Organizations (MATÜSİTEB).

In the rural areas of North Macedonia, where agriculture is the main source of livelihood, local people live under difficult conditions. Developing new projects for disadvantaged groups living in rural areas, TİKA aims to ensure sustainable employment and contribute to the development of the region.
