TİKA Builds a Playground for Afghan Children

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) Mazar-e-Sharif Office built a playground for children in Bakhtar High School, the second largest high school in Afghanistan and one of the largest and oldest schools in the province of Balkh.

7000 students study at the high school, which was built by TİKA. Built on an area of 400 sq. meters, this playground allowed students to spend time in a safe environment and socialize more.

The students of the school stated that they felt happy and lucky that this playground was built. They also expressed their gratitude to the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish people for this beautiful playground.
