Humanitarian Aid Projects From TİKA to Gaza

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) continues its humanitarian aid projects to the people of Gaza, who are currently having difficult times.

The war that started in Gaza and caused thousands to lose their lives, thousands to be injured, and hundreds of thousands to lose their homes still goes on. Meanwhile, TİKA continues to heal the wounds of the people of Gaza.

So far, 6500 food parcels that contain staple convenience food and 1000 blankets have been provided with local resources and distributed to Palestinians sheltered in assembly points such as schools and hospitals. Urgently needed medical supplies such as catheters, endotracheal tubes, wound drainage sets, platinum, syringes, bistouries, nasal cannulas, surgical needles, and gauze bandages were delivered to various hospitals.

Lastly, various medicine and medical consumables such as gauze bandages, bandages, infusion sets, gloves, plaster, and solutions, along with medical devices such as stretchers, wheelchairs, crutches, and nebulizers, were provided and delivered to various health centers, especially Al-Shifa Hospital.
