Civil Aviation Expert Training

In cooperation with Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency and Directorate General of Civil Aviation; “On the Job Training” (OJT) program has been organized for Kyrgyz civil aviation experts. 

International standards and EU and Turkish implementations have been presented on the subjects of Security Management System, Risk Management and Airline Management Certification.

Within the frame of Sustainable Developments Goals, UN specialized agency ICAO had started “No Country Left Behind Initiative”. In terms of this initiative Turkey became an important training and implementation center in civil aviation. 

Kyrgyz Civil Aviation Agency Director General Ermek Omuraliev; indicated that it is vital for the Kyrgyz civil aviation to reach international and EU standards through capacity building and expert training.

Civil Aviation Deputy Director General Haydar Yalçın; received Kyrgyz delegation at his office and stated that “we are ready to share our country’s experience and model development with all other countries that request.”

Turkey supports many countries to establish harmony with international civil aviation Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and policies that UN International Civil Aviation Organization determined. 

Trainings offered by Turkey, which is among the founding members of ICAO, strengthens technical structures and administrative authorities of civil aviation agencies in partner states.
