An Iftar Dinner from TİKA to Students and Orphans in Bangladesh

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) organized an iftar dinner for 1500 students in Bangladesh as part of its Ramadan programs.

TİKA organized an iftar dinner for 1500 people in Bangladesh as part of its Ramadan programs. The dinner was hosted by Ramu Jameatul Ulum Al-İslamea Madrassah, where 1500 students get education, in Ramu in the province of Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh. The madrassah is also home to 300 orphans.

TİKA officers, local administrators, NGO representatives and madrassah employees participated in the iftar program. Those in charge of the madrassah thanked Türkiye and TİKA for renovating and completing the construction of the kitchen which is to serve 300 orphans every day.
