TİKA Supports Disabled in Mozambique

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) provided wheelchairs to improve the living conditions of disabled people in Mozambique.

In cooperation with TİKA and the Maputo Directorate of Municipality Health and Social Affairs, wheelchairs were provided to 125 disabled people living in the capital, Maputo.

Speaking at the delivery ceremony of the chairs, Maputo Municipality Council President Samuel Madumbela said, “We would like to convey our sincere condolences to those who lost their lives and their families due to the two major earthquake took place in Türkiye on February 6, 2023.
