TİKA Supports Afghanistan’s Fight against the Coronavirus Outbreak

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency’s (TİKA) Mazar-i-Sharif Office started the production of 100,000 masks in Mazar-i-Sharif to combat the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The production of the masks will be completed as soon as possible, and the masks will be delivered to provinces in northern Afghanistan from Badakhshan to Faryab.

As part of the project, 1,000 3D-printed protective masks will also be manufactured for doctors working in the intensive care unit.

Supporting Afghanistan in its fight against COVID-19, as in every other field, TİKA has proved that it is and will always be there for the Afghan people.
