TİKA's Erenler Sofrası is in Uzbekistan

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) shared the fruitfulness of Ramadan with 4,631 families in Uzbekistan.

TİKA’s Tashkent Program Office delivered food packages consisting of basic food supplies to 4,631 needy families living in 14 regions of Uzbekistan with the help of "Vaqf Solidarity Fund" which operates under the Muslim Religious Administration of Uzbekistan.

Distributed as part of TİKA's "Erenler Sofrası" program, these food packages have a total weight of 77.3 tonnes and consist of 10 different food products such as flour, oil, rice, tea and sugar. In his statement, TİKA’s Tashkent Program Coordinator Cemalettin Tüney recorded that their aid packages would be delivered to needy families all around the country as part of the holy month of Ramadan, and that the Vaqf Solidarity Fund provided support during the distribution of these packages.
