TİKA Renewed Eugen Doga Street in Chișinău’s Center

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) renewed the floor covering of Eugen Doga Street, which is in the center of Chișinău, capital of Moldova and named after Eugen Doga, one of the most important musicians of the country.

2022 was declared “the year of Eugen Doga” in Moldova. Chișinău Municipality and TİKA started preparing the project because the street named after the famous musician was neglected.

Within the project's scope, the uneven ground was covered with stones with piano patterns on them. Also, the “Road with Rug Pattern” and “Art Street" projects, both carried out by TİKA, were connected to each other, drastically changing the appearance of the most centric spot of the city.
