TİKA Installed a Solar Polar System for the Tunisian Association for Aid to the Deaf

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) installed a solar power system for the Tunisian Association for Aid to the Deaf, which serves people with hearing loss in the fields of hearing therapy, special education, and social integration in the town of El Jem in Mahdia, Tunisia.

With the solar panels installed by TİKA in the building of the Tunisian Association for Aid to the Deaf, which has been serving people with hearing loss since 1998, it is aimed to meet the energy demand of the association in a sustainable way.

Thanks to the panels provided, the association will be able to meet its own energy demand and use the financial resources it saves to meet the different needs of the people with hearing loss it serves.
