TİKA Continues to Support Education in Mexico

The building of the Educational Assistance Foundation (FAE), which operates in the State of Mexico, was renovated by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) and delivered to authorities.

The delivery took place with the participation of the board members of the foundation, state representatives, Timur Söylemez, the Republic of Turkey’s Ambassador to Mexico and TİKA’s officials. No ceremony was held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

300 children study in the building of the Educational Assistance Foundation (FAE), which has been supporting the education of pre-school children in the municipality of Chimalhuacán, one of the most impoverished regions in the State of Mexico, for 30 years.

As part of the project completed by TİKA, the building of the Foundation was renovated fully and equipped with modern equipment.
