The First Trainings Started With The Cooperation Of TİKA And Development Bank

A memorandum of understanding was signed with the cooperation of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, Ethiopia Development Bank and Turkey Development Bank. In this context, the first training program was conducted in the conference hall of Ethiopia Development Bank in Addis Ababa on 19-24 May, 2013.

Ethiopia Development Bank which was as part of Ethiopia’s Growth and Transformation Plan took an active role in cooperation with Turkey Development Bank. After Turkey Development Bank, Ethiopia Development Bank and TİKA had signed a memorandum of understanding, the first training program was conducted in Addis Ababa on 19-24 May, 2013.

The cooperation was performed within the frame of Ethiopia’s Growth and Transformation Plan and it is expected to contribute to relations between two countries.

A delegation from Turkey Development Bank and executives from Ethiopia Development Bank attended this training program. In this training program, some topics were mentioned such as credit cycle, project appraisal method, economic, technical and financial analysis on project appraisal and report and criteria.
