Erenler Sofrası is in Niger

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) sent 500 food packages to the families of martyrs in Niger as part of the Ramadan charity activities that have been initiated under the name Erenler Sofrası.

With the cooperation of TİKA and Niger Ministry of Defense, the handover ceremony for the 500 food packages, which have been procured in order to distribute to the families of martyrs, was carried out in the capital Niamey. The handover ceremony was attended by the Niger Ministry of Defense Undersecretary Didili Amadou, the Cabinet Director Kaka D’oka, the Ambassador of Turkey to Niger Mustafa Türker Arı, the TİKA Niamey Coordinator İrfan Pamuk and many high-ranking military officers.

Having spoken at the ceremony, the Undersecretary Didili Amadou thanked Turkey for the appreciation that they have showed this year just as the last year, and expressed his satisfaction about the Turkey-Niger relationship that has been improving each day. At the end of the ceremony, 500 food packages were handed over to the Ministry of Defense officials in order to be distributed to needy people.
