Bilateral Relations Improving between Turkey and Vietnam through TIKA

While the experience-sharing program on Agricultural Statistics between the relevant government bodies is going on, TIKA has implemented another project in Vietnam.

The project aiming to increase the number of the kindergartens with drinking water facilities has been implemented in the far-flung and remote areas in Vietnam. The beneficiaries of the project are kindergarten school children in 12 schools located in three different regions namely Ninh Thuan, Dak Nong and Nghe An. The number of the children who gained direct access to drinking water reached over 2.000. The headmasters of the beneficiary kindergartens have expressed their gratitude to Turkey for their benevolence. Taking the strategic importance of the kids for the future of their country the families and the headmasters of the kindergartens thanked TIKA for the implementation of the project at their school.

As can be recalled, the Prime Minister of Turkey has visited Vietnam for the first time in history and this brought the bilateral relations to a new level. The project can be regarded as a concrete example of the parties to increase the interaction between the two countries.
