TİKA Provides Technical Equipment Support to Turkish News Agency-Cyprus

Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) provided technical equipment support to Turkish News Agency-Cyprus (TAK).

Officials from TİKA’s Nicosia Program Office handed over the much-needed computers, laptops, cameras and printers to the TAK Director Fehmi Gürdallı. Having expressed his gratitude towards TİKA and underlined the importance of this support, Gürdallı said: "Today, two factors are very important to carry out efficient activities in media: good, experienced staff and high-quality technical equipment.

TAK has extremely qualified human resources. Now, thanks to the technical equipment support by TİKA, TAK will continue its activities more successfully." Gürdallı also reminded that many reporters benefit from the online trainings for journalists that are carried out by TİKA and Anadolu Agency (AA) during the novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
