Built for students with disabilities as part of the project supported by TİKA, the shoemaking workshop will offer vocational training on shoe design, production, and repair.

The purpose of the project, which will include one-year training programs for approximately 20 students per year, is to contribute to the economic and social empowerment of people with disabilities, which constitute a disadvantaged group, by offering them higher quality vocational training and helping them enter a profession.

Teachers working at the shoemaking workshop will be trained on shoe design and production as part of the project. One of the objectives of the project is to hold training courses on the design and production of modern shoes for students with disabilities.
