This is why the Congress on Educational Sciences in the Turkic World is of great importance to us. I would like to thank particularly our Rector Prof. Musa Yıldız and Vice-Rector Prof. Yücel Gelişili who supported us in the organization of this congress, TİKA for its precious contributions, YTB, and all the personnel of the Educational Sciences Institute.”
