TİKA President Serkan Kayalar met with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh

On a visit to Palestine, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) President Serkan Kayalar and Turkish Consul General in Jerusalem Ambassador Ahmet Rıza Demirer met with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh at his office in Ramallah.

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh discussed with TİKA President Serkan Kayalar the issues of strengthening cooperation in many sectors.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including supporting solar power generation and clean energy projects, providing technical support to the Nablus Vocational and Technical Education University, IT projects for youth and the establishment of schools for gifted children.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Shtayyeh praised the bilateral relations between the two countries and Türkiye's support for Palestine.

TİKA President Kayalar briefed Prime Minister Shtayyeh on the projects that TİKA has realized and is currently carrying out.

TİKA carries out many projects in Palestine, such as the restoration of houses and shops in Jerusalem, El-Halil, Jenin and the Gaza Strip, and the construction of dormitories for female students at Al-Quds University.
